In 1958 Ray Ribble, grandfather of current owner Troy Ribble, founded Security Roofing and Siding Co. and incorporated under the laws of the State of Wisconsin in December of the same year. The primary line of work in the early days was residential roofing and siding.

As the company grew, product lines were expanded to include commercial and eventually industrial roofing. By 1978 commercial and industrial roofing became dominant in sales and sons Rick & Reid Ribble had become part owners in the company.

In 1989, Security Roofing purchased the assets of Luebke Roofing and Siding Company, a local competitor, in an effort to boost market awareness and solidify thecorporation's position in the residential market.  The corporation then changed its name to The Ribble Group, Inc., with both companies working as divisions of the corporation--commercial and residential roofing were now equal within the company.

By 1995, Ray Ribble had transitioned out of the day to day management and operations, leaving the company to his very capable sons, Rick and Reid.  In 1997, Rick brought his son, Troy, into the company's management, and the transition to sole ownership was put in place.  Troy bought a portion of his dad, Rick's stock in 1997 and in 2009, bought the remaining interest from his uncle, Reid.  Today, The Ribble Group, Inc. is wholly owned by Troy Ribble.  In 2011, Troy hired his daughter, Mercedes, to be the company receptionist, puttingin place the fourth Ribble generation.  Also, in 2011, Security-Luebke Roofing moved its corporate headquarters to the Kaukauna industrial park, tripling its useablespace capacity and allowing for additional future growth.
