The Next Steps

Loose Ends

Once you have decided on the specifications of your roofing project, a project manager will contact you to discuss the final arrangements and answer any questions or concerns you may have concerning the project.  Your preferred completion date will also be discussed. Because of variables such as weather, we can not guarantee we'll arrive at a specific time. We do try our best to arrive, when people generally are away for work.  If the need to reschedule arises,  give us a call, and we'll be happy to find a date that better meets your scheduling needs.

Payment

Depending on your contract, payment is divided into two payments.  There is a mandatory 30% down payment required for us to commence working.  Once your project is complete our office will schedule a timeforthe project manager to meet withyou to do an inspection of the work completed, confirm that the work completed was to your satisfaction, provide you with the warranties for the work completed and collect the remaining balance of your contract amount.

Project Day

On the day of the project, we recommend you clear the premises. However, should you decide to stay home , it will get intense.   Remember, roof work is loud, and constant commotion is guarenteed, we also recommend  that social gatherings in your home be put on hold until we finish our work.

Wrapping Up

As your roof is at its final stage of completetion, our crew will strive to keep you property as clean as when we came.  We take on to the Boy Scouts camping principle "Leave No Trace".  When the project is done, the crew is packed and the debris is completely removed from sight, the remaining balance is then due.

Thats it! The roofing process is pretty simple, and our crew will work quickly and dilligently to get the job done in the least amount of time necessary.
